TA-FlexLine are design profiles meant for designing facadesup: strong. Carefully placed bends create facade designs with striking lines, three-dimensional depth, and clear shadow effects. The profiles can be used individually or in combination, and
thus enable customized facade solutions with a high degree of design freedom.
The design is flexible. Profiles can be combined with one another without restrictions. This results in a wide variety of façade appearances, ranging from calm, uniform surfaces to deliberately dynamic structures.
The design profiles are available in Aluminium, steel, and stainless steel. Any profile geometry can be manufactured in any of these materials. This allows you to select the material and design independently of one another and combine them flexibly.
Material thicknesses vary depending on the material. Aluminium available in thicknesses ranging from 0.7 to 1.2 mm, stainless steel in 0.6 mm, and steel in 0.75 mm. This allows the design to be tailored to specific requirements.
The maximum element length is approximately 4 meters. Shorter lengths are possible at any time; there is no minimum length. This allows for a flexible response to the requirements of the construction site. Butt joints can also be intentionally integrated into the façade design.
Standardcolours and custom colors are available. Custom colors can be provided upon request and with a minimum order quantity of approximately 1,000 kg. In addition, various coatings are available, including TA-Protect®, anodized, FEVE, and PVDF coatings.
This allows the surface to be specifically tailored to the desired appearance and requirements.
Perforations can be implemented without restrictions, and various hole patterns are also possible. For suitable solutions, please see our product TA-Perfo with various hole patterns to find the right solution. This allows you to integrate features such as ventilation or additional design effects
The profiles can be installed horizontally or vertically and are mounted on wooden or metal substructures. They are fastened using visible, pre-painted screws. The installation process is practical and follows standard procedures used in façade construction.
TA-FlexLine is particularly well-suited for projects where a custom façade design is a priority. Through strategic bending and varying profile geometries, it creates striking facade designs with clean lines and a three-dimensional effect.
