Day 1 (practice):
Installation, electrical connections and adjustments to GEZE hold-open systems.
Day 2 (expertise):
Legal principles, preventive fire protection, application of standards and regulations, inspection and maintenance content, checklists.
General:
In accordance with the general building inspectorate approval for hold-open systems, the
initial commissioning of a hold-open system may only be carried out by a manufacturer-authorized expert.
The manufacturer's specifications must be observed for the annual inspection and maintenance. This seminar provides the necessary knowledge and concludes with a test.
Prerequisite:
All participants must be registered in our GEZE training tool (see appendix for instructions).
Authorization:
After passing the final examination, participants can independently and competently inspect GEZE hold-open systems in accordance with the general building inspectorate approvals and the applicable building inspection regulations with regard to their effectiveness and operational safety, correct installation and function, as well as carry out inspections and maintenance in accordance with DIN 14677.
Proof of qualification
Successful participation is confirmed by a certificate. The certificate is valid until revoked, but for a maximum of four years.
